Flex (TPEE)
FLEX plastic it is ideal for printing three-dimensional products of complex configuration containing flexible elements. The method of layer-by-layer overlay is used, the production cycle begins with the processing of a 3D digital model. It is delivered in vacuum containers of repeated use, thanks to which the material is suitable for storage for a long time.
PROPERTIES OF THE FLEX PLASTIC MATERIAL
According to its technical characteristics, FLEX plastic for 3D printing is in many ways similar to solid silicone. The main parameters of this material:
- High melting point. The table is 80-110 degrees, the nozzle is 220-240.
- It is resistant to mechanical damage, it is not destroyed by solvents.
- It does not react with essential oils.
- A wide color palette.
- Excellent durability, difficult to machine.
Composite 3D models can be made from the presented material, the parts are glued together using a blow dryer or special synthetic rubbers. It is ideal for the production of prostheses, elements where high wear resistance is required, masks, military models, buttons.
