Easy Flex Plastic - it is a flexible material based on Polyurethane. It is characterized by high wear resistance and resistance to aggressive environments. It combines such qualities as: low abrasion resistance, high strength, high resistance to tearing and repeated deformations, acid resistance and resistance to many solvents, resistance to high pressure, low thermal conductivity (-50/+110) and high dielectric resistance.
MATERIAL PROPERTIES Easy Flex PLASTIC
According to its technical characteristics, Sealant plastic for 3D printing is in many ways similar to solid silicone. The main parameters of this material:
- High melting point. The table is 60-70 degrees, the nozzle is 220-230.
- It is resistant to mechanical damage, it is not destroyed by alkalis.
- It does not react with essential oils.
- Excellent durability, difficult to machine.
