The real revolution was carried out by the developers Picaso Designer PRO 250. A second material was added, but not the extruder. There was only one extruder left, and 3D printing became available with two materials.
Thanks to the technology Jet Switch, the operating temperature does not decrease when the supply of the second material is turned off. This feature made it possible to create objects of the best quality.
The developers implemented a solution that allowed the print head to quickly switch from one type of material to another. The procedure takes 250 milliseconds. That is why Pikaso PRO has a PRO 250 console. This device switches between materials 40 times faster than its competitors.
Thanks to the new system, the extruder does not touch the printed parts by means of two materials. The quality of printed models has become much higher.
