FILDRY Dryer designed for drying thread-like plastic in coils (filament). The coil compartment is designed for drying 2 coils with a diameter of 200-205 mm and a width of up to 65 mm or one with a diameter of 200-205 mm and a width of up to 130 mm.
The use of this dryer will avoid defects that occur due to high humidity of the filament, such as:
- reduction of the strength characteristics of the printed product;
- poor surface quality of the printed product;
- increased fragility of the printed product;
- omissions in the filament feed;
- "traffic jams" and failure of the extruder (print head).
The main advantages of this dryer:
- the dryer is designed for 2 coils, so it is convenient to use it for printers that have the ability to print with 2 materials;
- the method of fixing the coils reduces the likelihood of unwinding and entanglement of the filament;
