REC PSU is a polysulfone, which is a high-temperature polymer of sulfone. It has excellent thermal and chemical resistance, which makes it possible to use it in complex areas: automotive, aerospace, electronics, defense, food, industrial, plumbing, medical.

The material has excellent thermal properties, which provides higher strength and rigidity at elevated temperatures;
Excellent hydrolytic stability;
High resistance to cracking when exposed to the environment;
High resistance to gamma radiation;
Resists the most common automotive fluids, including gasoline, antifreeze, transmission fluid, engine oil, power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid;
Excellent dimensional stability (low creep sensitivity and low, uniform coefficient of thermal expansion);
High reproducibility of part sizes;

To print the material, it is necessary to have an all-metal extruder and a closed thermal chamber at the 3D printer.
To increase the adhesion, a perfostol or polyethyrimid film is needed.
Before printing be sure to dry the plastic.
