- PLA is the most popular material for 3D printing. It is made from corn and sugar cane, which is why it is so eco-friendly and absolutely safe. For home and office 3D printing, REC PLA is most often used-it is completely harmless and it is very easy to print with it, because it does not require special temperature conditions and, most importantly, models made of PLA do not bend and do not crack when the ambient temperature changes due to the absence of the effect of heat shrinkage.
It is ideal for printing any decorative and functional models. Mechanical processing and painting are allowed. Natural REC PLA plastic has no dyes in its composition, therefore it is the most transparent in our line of plastics, after a certain processing it can be made even more transparent.
It is soluble in dichloromethane. It is recommended to use epoxy resin for gluing models.
Each coil is packed in a reusable vacuum bag with silica gel, so that the plastic does not lose its properties during storage.
