Formlabs Dental Model Photopolymer Cartridge - a photopolymer designed specifically for dental work. It is used to make molds for modeling crowns, bridges with removable matrices, as well as removable matrices with a constant density.
The main advantage of this resin is the perfect accuracy and high clarity of the products. Special studies in this area prove that 80% of the printed dental model-edges, surfaces and joints-differ from the digital copy by only ±35 microns with a layer of 25 microns thick.
Products made of this polymer are similar to gypsum and differ in a smooth matte surface and natural color.
